Product Description

The IRIS Stone Burier has been designed to meet the needs of small farms, making it ideal for soils with light crop residues or small stones. It is also suitable for refining soil previously worked with other tools. The IRIS is available in skids version, roller version, or ridge-former version, specifically designed for seedbed preparation in horticultural crops. With single or double gear transmission, it provides maximum versatility and reliability for small-scale agricultural operations.

Standard Equipment

• 3 point universal hitch (Category 2)
• Front oscillating bar hitch
• Single speed unit, 540 rpm
• Reinforced rotor diameter 500 with “HIGH STRENGTH STEEL” flange
• 6 helical hoes per flange
• Idle side support in oil bath
• External scraper blades
• Central cardan with safety bolt (tractor side fork 1 3/8” 6)
• Single lateral transmission with gears in oil bath
• Bearing supports with special seals, “Labyrinth Bearing Protection by Valentini”
• Reinforced 3rd point hitch from model 2500
• Adjustable rear sheets with “Fast Regulation”  shock absorbers
• Spring rear grid for stone burying function

In roller versions

• Mechanical jacks for depth adjustment
• Larger roller parallel to the transmission
• Protective shroud casing and sledge on outer side

Notes: For use on hard stony soils, it is adviaable to equip the stone curier with counter-flanges.
Notes: To improve soil refinement, it is advisable to equip with ridger ploughsahers or side disks.
